THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Signed at Soul September 15, 2003;

Entered into force April 19, 2005;

The Republic of Vietnam and The Socialist Republic of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “the Parties”);

Desiring to provide for more effective cooperation between the two countries in the prevention and suppression of crime, and to facilitate relations between the two countries in the area of extradition by including a treaty for the extradition of offenders;
