In the form of cooperation through projects of the investor, domestic and foreign contractors set the criteria and select law firms / lawyers based on online public bidding.
Through that, Dragon Law Firm, as an independent contractor, can associate and cooperate with partners and associates who are qualified above criteria to participate in bidding.
For the purpose of winning public bidding packages on the system, to meet the necessary and sufficient criteria to satisfy the criteria of the investor/ bid solicitor, after winning the bidding packages, the law-practicing organization participates in signing legal service contracts and assigning cases to lawyers to study and participate in solving until the work is completed as agreed between the bid solicitor and the contractor.
In order to have a close cooperation with the experience of handling cases, as well as the criteria on the public bidding system, Dragon Law Firm wishes to find partners with the purpose of long-term cooperation, to seek legal cases bringing to Dragon Law Firm as well as our partners.
Forms of cooperation include:
Signing joint venture cooperation documents between law firms;
Provide proof of competency according to the above cited criteria;
To capture the cases of the bid solicitors publicly on the system, and Dragon law firm to participate in the bidding;
Participate in the settlement of the case when the bid is won;
Benefit from attorney's fees under the agreement.
