Documents to change the headquarter location of JSC:
In case Client plans to change the headquarter location of JSC, the common application will include:
1. Notification of changes in the content of business registration;
2. Decision in writing by the General Meeting of Shareholders on the change of business registration contents;
3. Copy of the minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the change of business registration contents;
4. Copy of the amended charter and list of founding shareholders of the Company (in case the company moves its headquarter from other provinces to Hanoi).
5. The minutes of tax closing in the current headquarter address of JSC (if change the address in different district, province)
Documents to change the name of JSC:
In case Client intend to change the name of JSC, documents shall be prepared:
1. Notification of changes in the content of business registration;
