Procedure for Promotion Registration

Currently, the promotion program is a factor to help trade promotion becoming the necessary part in business activities. Dragon Law honors to provide the license grant registration for promotion activities of enterprises.

Application for Promotion Grant

1. The written form for promotion registration (Form KM-2 or KM-8 attached under the Joint Circular No. 07/2007/TTLT-BTM-BTC dated July 6, 2007 of the Ministry of Commerce);

2. The written document of promotion regulation (Form KM-3 under the Joint Circular No. 07/2007/TTLT-BTM-BTC dated July 6, 2007 of the Ministry of Commerce);

3. Valid copy of certificate of business registration;

4. Product photo and promotion product photo;

5. Form of promotional lottery ticket for promotion program with the issuance of lottery tickets;

6. Form of evidence to determine the winner (if any);

7. Valid copy of the certificate of quality to goods, promotional services and goods, services used for promotion in accordance with the law (if any);

8. Valid copy of the declaration of imported goods (for promotional products imported);

9. List of locations will conduct promotional activities and exchange bonus points;

10. Authorized letter for promotional procedures (if any);

11. Other documents.
