Labor Disputes Under the Jurisdiction of the Court
Individual labor disputes between employees and employers that local labor conciliation council, labor conciliator of the State management agency on labor in districts, towns, cities provinces fails or does not resolve within a period specified by law, unless the dispute is not necessarily following local reconciliation:
- Labor discipline in the form of dismissal or cases of unilateral termination of labor contracts;
