Establishment Registration for Foreign Investment Company

I. Necessary Documents:

1. Legitimate representative in Vietnam

+ Valid ID card or passport;

+ Confirmation of bank account balance;

+ Credit note (bank note confirmed the transfer of funds to the company's capital contribution account);

2. Investors:

a. Individual investor:

+ Passport;

+ Certificate of account balance;

+ Judicial record/check;

+ Credit note (bank note confirmed the transfer of funds to the company's capital contribution account);

b. Entity/Organization:

+ Resolution/Decision of capital contribution of board/council members in accordance with law and the charter of foreign companies;

+ Notarized copy with consular confirmation of foreign establishment permit/decision on the establishment of foreign companies;

+ Charter activities of the company;

+ The financial audit statement to the most recent year of foreign investors;

+ Credit note (bank note confirmed the transfer of funds to the company's capital contribution account);

3. Information on the enterprise intending to establish:

+ Company name;

+ Address of the company;

+ Charter capital/ investment capital of the Company intending to establish;

+ Business lines;

Other valid information as requested by the Client.

4. Proof of lawful business location

+ Lease Contract of office (where the enterprise is headquartered in Vietnam) was notarized within 6 months;

+ Certificate of land use rights (if any).

1. Perform the procedure on investment project and ask for investment certificate;

2. Complete the procedures of the legal seal (if any) and apply for company tax code;

3. Support businesses during the early establishment within three (03) months.
