1. Dossier of House Donation:

- Certificate of housing ownership granted under the provisions of the Law on Housing (only the ownership rights of housing on the land of others, such as the construction of housing on leased land, borrowed land);

- House donation contract notarized by State notary agencies;

- Declaration and payment of registration fee of house.

For the donee is overseas Vietnamese have more papers such as a valid passport has not expired and issued by Vietnam or original certifications granted is citizenship Vietnam ...

2. Process and Procedures of House Donation

The process, procedures of house donation in this case be carried out as prescribed for cases of house donation associated with land use rights referred to in above section.

In this case the seller does not have to pay tax on transfer of land use rights which buyer must pay the registration fee (1% of the value of housing as prescribed).

Recipients are awarded to only have the house ownership in the period stated in the certificate of house ownership.
