The company has been operating for more than 13 years with many experienced lawyers, good legal experts specializing in legal fields such as: Civil, criminal, economic, business – trade, marriage – family, investment, enterprise, intellectual property, debt collection. Because of the unremitting efforts with the mission of providing legal services to clients, Dragon Law Firm in general and individual lawyers who have practiced for a long time at the organization have received many certificates of merit and honorable achievements. of agencies and organizations.

Currently, we are looking for partners in providing legal services to domestic and international clients to resolve disputes in the field of construction, business - trade at agencies. conduct proceedings in Vietnam or through the International Arbitration Center in Singapore for settlement. We need a partner who is qualified, experienced in handling construction, economic, trade contract disputes, with foreign elements, knowledgeable about Vietnamese law and international procedural law.

Partners must be qualified as follows:

I.	Experience and capacity of law practice organizations
	a, Number of years of experience working in Vietnam and/or internationally in the field of legal consultation up to the present time (based on Certificate of Business registration or other equivalent documents): At least 05 years
	b, The law practice organization has been evaluated and ranked by prestigious international organizations in the legal field within the past 3 years such as: Asian Legal Business, or Chamber & Partners, or Legal 500, or IFLR, or Asia Law Organizations providing supporting documents
	c, Having performed legal consultancy contracts to settle disputes for: Contract disputes using the FIDIC form or Disputes with the dispute value from USD 1 million or more during the period from January 1, 2010 to the present: Having 01 case/ contract or more.
	d, Having performed a case or legal consultancy contracts to settle disputes for: Contract disputes using the form FIDIC in the field of construction are settled at International Arbitration for clients who are Vietnamese state management agencies or Developers of Construction Investment Projects in Vietnam: Having 01 case/ contract or more
	e, The reputation of the law practice organization through the number of cases or the number of legal consultancy contracts to resolve disputes has had positive results. Must win at least 01 case/ contract or part of the dispute for 01 legal contract at International Arbitration.
II.	Personnel
	Chief Lawyer: General Qualifications: Bachelor of Law, Master's degree or higher, possessing a Law Practice Certificate, possessing a Lawyer’s Card.
	General qualifications: a, As an arbitrator in International Courts of Arbitration Or/and as an arbitrator at SIAC b, Diplomas, certificates, working experience in the relevant legal field from 15 years or more
	Experience in performing the role of chief lawyer in contractual dispute cases using the FIDIC contract form for Vietnamese state management agencies or Developers of construction investment projects in Vietnam is tried Arbitration at International Arbitration at least 01 case.
	Experience in the role of chief lawyer in contractual dispute cases at International Arbitration at least 01 case.
	Experience working at foreign law firms or studying Law abroad (Optional)
	Language skills: Use English fluently at work
	Main lawyer (at least 02 people): General Qualifications: Bachelor of Law, Master or higher (if any), possessing a Law Practice Certificate, possessing a Lawyer's card
	General qualifications: a, As an arbitrator in international arbitrations or/and as an arbitrator at SIAC b, Working experience in the field of legal consultation from 10 years or more
	2.2. Experience in working as an associate lawyer in contractual dispute cases using the FIDIC contract form to be arbitrated at international arbitration at least 01 case
	2.3 Experience of working at foreign law firms or studying Law abroad countries (Optional)
	Language skills: Use English fluently at work (Optional)
	Economic/contract/legal assistants: Bachelor of roads/economics construction/law, Master's degree or higher (if any), fluent in English
	General qualifications a, Bachelor of roads/economics construction/law b, Working experience in the required professional field from 5 years or more
	3.2. Experience in the role of Economic/construction contract/law specialist for projects/contracts using FIDIC contract form at least 01 project/contract
	3.3. Experience in working as an economic/contract/law specialist for a dispute at International Arbitration at least 01 case
	Language skills: Use English fluently at work (Optional)
	Associates (02 peole). Each employee meets the following criterias:
	4.1 General qualifications: a, Bachelor of Law b, Working experience in the field of legal consultation at least 05 years
	4.2 Experience working as a associtate in contractual dispute cases: at least 01 case

In the form of cooperation through projects of the investor, domestic and foreign contractors set the criteria and select law firms / lawyers based on online public bidding.

Through that, Dragon Law Firm, as an independent contractor, can associate and cooperate with partners and associates who are qualified above criteria to participate in bidding.

For the purpose of winning public bidding packages on the system, to meet the necessary and sufficient criteria to satisfy the criteria of the investor/ bid solicitor, after winning the bidding packages, the law-practicing organization participates in signing legal service contracts and assigning cases to lawyers to study and participate in solving until the work is completed as agreed between the bid solicitor and the contractor.

In order to have a close cooperation with the experience of handling cases, as well as the criteria on the public bidding system, Dragon Law Firm wishes to find partners with the purpose of long-term cooperation, to seek legal cases bringing to Dragon Law Firm as well as our partners.

Forms of cooperation include:

Signing joint venture cooperation documents between law firms;

Provide proof of competency according to the above cited criteria;

To capture the cases of the bid solicitors publicly on the system, and Dragon law firm to participate in the bidding;

Participate in the settlement of the case when the bid is won;

Benefit from attorney's fees under the agreement.
