Opening the Seminar, Lawyer Son stated the contents and significance of the Seminar. On behalf of lawyers, attorney Le Huy Quang - Dragon Law Firm presented the views of the legal profession. Professional activities of lawyers by practice are showing three properties: assistance, guidance and judgment.

For assistance: Persons in a lower position are often bullied, being treated unfairly and unlawful. They need to be helped by other people's advocate. In this case the assistance of attorney is completely impartial, disinterested.

For guidance: operation of lawyers concludes not only support but also guidance. Requests of this activity are to guide for their clients to understand the spirit and content of the law and to know how to remove obstacles to behave consistent with their legal and moral.

For the judgment: for activities of lawyers, judgment or critical nature, we can understand the argument in order to counter arguments, the views of others that they deem inconsistent with legal and ethical.

Critical nature of the activities of defense lawyers, usually expressed in areas involved in the proceedings, but is most pronounced in criminal proceedings. Activities of lawyers in this case are only meaningful witnesses. The presence of lawyers is not unimportant. There's where the lawyers take credibility of the accused and the accused. The presence of a lawyer is to make sure that the legitimate rights and interests by law for them to be secured.

Three operational nature of lawyer services as mentioned above is characterized by a distinct boundary activities of other professions.

As speaker, Mr. Tu Van Pham Nhat Vu has presented an overview on the basis of Vocation and Profession, cause and effect relationship in legal profession, the relationship between Buddhism and lawyer profession.

The lawyers agreed on the issue that lawyer profession should have “Morality and Talent”, the relationship agreement between cause and effect in the legal job, how to become a true lawyer.

Lawyer Nguyen Minh Long - Director of Dragon Law, on behalf of the lawyers, has summed up the Seminar. Lawyer Long said the Seminars has helped lawyers to understand the lawyer's profession, as well as cause and effect relationships in the industry and this is an opportunity for lawyers to exchange experience and enhance solidarity.
