Investment consultation is one of the legal services provided by Dragon Law Firm to domestic and foreign investors operating in Vietnam or planning to set up business in Vietnam. Investment consulting activities involve with the investment project consultation and foreign investment consultation in Vietnam.

Investment project consultation:

Dragon Law shall consult investment project from stage of investment preparation, investment project planning and implementation of investment licensing procedures.

- Research and analysis the market for the field of investor's interest;

- Consult and assess the feasibility for each investment case;

- Verify the legal capability of participants in the investment project;

- Consult contract, represent to negotiate with Client's partners in the contract negotiation consultants in the preparation process of investment;

- Negotiate location, planning with local authorities and architectural planning;

- Advise in company establishment to implement the project;

- Consult, prepare dossier to submit to competent authorities;

- Pursue and promote procedures for the approval of investment project. 

Consultation of project implementation and liquidation:

- Consult and implementing investment projects after receiving license;

- Consult contract of project implementation;

- Consult project transfer under M&A, share transfer, capital transfer or transfer of the rights to project exploitation;

- Consult and implement the procedures for liquidation of investment project, particularly investment project of real estate, foreign capital investment project with business operation completion.
