- Object the settling application about the grant of patent title relating to the client’s rights.

- Complaint about the suspension, the cancellation of the effective date of patent, copyright (illegal grant or not use in the time limit according to the law provisions);

b. Consult client in enforcement of intellectual property, including:

- Request competent agency to examine and conclude on the violations relating to intellectual property entities.

- Request the violated person to stop violation acts;

- Request the competent agency to dispose the violation;

c. Participating the proceedings/ litigation as an authorized representative to protect the legitimate rights and  interests of the client relating to IP in Court and competent agency;

5 - Consultation of investment and technology transfer:

Consult client all issues relating to investment, technology asignments in Vietnam and outside Vietnam.

- Market research, evaluate and determine the goal to invest, support to choose invest partners, commercial partners;
