2. Passport

a. What is Passport?

c. Application for passports

- 01 declaration form

- 02 recent photos, size 4cm x 6cm, straight face, bareheaded, no colored glasses, white background. If children under 09 years need to be granted passports with their parents should be applied 02 photos size 3cm x 4cm

- Children under 14 years should bring 01 copies of birth certificates with the original to verify or certified copies of birth certificates.
