A media phenomenon has been convicted of gambling

Khá Bảnh was sentenced for 10 years and 6 months in prison

Ngo Ba Kha (twenty six years old, called Kha Banh) was sentenced to 4 years in prison for "gambling" by Tu Son Town People's Court, 6 years and 6 months in prison for "gambling organization", a total penalty of 10 years and 6 months in prison.

After one morning of trial, the People's Court of Tu Son town sentenced Ngo BaKha to 4 years of imprisonment for "gambling" and 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment for " gambling organizing ", a total penalty of 10 years and 6 months imprisonment.

Nguyen Huu Hoi (thirty years old) was sentenced to three years and six months in prison for "gambling" and five years for “gambling organizing”, total penalty of eight years six months in prison.

Nguyen Van Quang (thirty two years old) was sentenced to five years in prison for “gambling”. Trinh Huu Quy (twenty seven years old) was sentenced to twelve months in prison for “gambling”. Ngo Luong An (thirty four years old) was sentenced to twenty months in prison for “gambling” and Nguyen Trong Cong (twenty six years old) was sentenced to fifteen months in prison for “gambling” too.

Many relatives of  Kha Banh burst into tears after listening to Judgment of the court.  When being escorted to the van, Kha still waved to everyone and reassured relatives "Don’t cry, I'll back".

According to the Trial Panel of the Tu Son Town People's Court, from January 10, 2019 to April 1, 1919, the defendants participated in organizing gambling. In which, Kha Banh earned an illicit interest of nearly VND 300 million. In addition, Kha also had gambling directly with the Hoi, Quy,…

In the court, Kha confessed that Kha organized lottery based on the results of the lottery North opened daily.

To serve the gambling, Kha hired Nguyen Huu Hoi (born in 1989, in Tam Son) to synthesize cable tables and compare each day win and lose. Kha paid to Hoi 300,000 VND / day.

Nguyen Van Quang (born in 1987, in Tan Hong, Tu Son town) helped Kha. Quang directly sells lot numbers and “đề” numbers to players and then transferred the cable boards to Kha via Zalo message. In the period from january 10, 2019 to April 1, 2019, there were 44 days when Quang transfered the lots of numbers to sell in the day to Zalo through a total of more than VND 5 billion. In which, Kha benefited nearly 300 million, Quang received about 56 million. The Trial Panel determined that there were sufficient grounds to conclude that the accused guilty of "organizing gambling", "gambling" were the right person and the right crime.

The accused's crimes are dangerous to society, adversely affect local security and order and need to be strictly punished in accordance with law.
