- 01 original and 01 copy of the sales contract with the investor (01 copy kept at the tax office);

- 01 original and 01 copy of the contract of sale and purchase with the investor (01 copy kept at the land administration office);

- 02 copies of the ID card, family register of the applicant (including the person named in the sales contract);

- 02 declaration of registration fee, 03 declaration of personal income tax (by the asset owner or authorized person).

2. All applications for apartment ownership shall be submitted to the Land and House Registration Office (district level) and carrying out the procedures for declaration and payment of taxes and registration fees to State agencies.

3. Additional Submission complete the procedure for applying for a certificate of apartment ownership:

- 01 original and 01 photocopy of registration fee declaration and receipt of registration fee;

- 01 original copy, 01 copy of personal income tax payment notice and personal income tax payment receipt.

4. The time limit is 50 days after the Land and House Registration Office receiving a complete and valid documents.
