- Every enterprise is entitled to carry on lines of business not prohibied under regulations of laws;

- Prohibited lines of business are specified in article 6 of the Law on Investment;

- For lines of business required specific qualifications, every enterprise wishing to operate in such business lines shall satisfy all requirements under regulations of laws. The list of business lines required specific qualifications are presented in the Annex 4 to the Law on Investment.
