Step 1: Find out carefully recruiting information

Step 2: Do procedures to get a work permit

1. Having full civil act capacity as prescribed by law.

2. Having health in accordance with job requirements.

3. Being a manager, executive director, expert or technician.

For foreign workers practicing medical examination and treatment, direct medical examination and treatment in Vietnam or working in the fields of education, training and vocational training, they must fully meet the conditions prescribed by law. Vietnamese law on medical examination and treatment, education, training and vocational training.

4. Not being an offender or being examined for penal liability according to the provisions of Vietnamese and foreign laws.

5. To be approved in writing by the competent State agency on the employment of foreign workers.

Step 3: Sign labor contracts with the company and work under the contract.
