From the date of industrial property application is published in Industrial Property Newspaper before the decision date of granting patent, any third parties also have the right to give opinion to competent agency about whether granting patent for this application or not. The right to give opinion to competent agency about whether granting patent for this application or not must be written and attached with documents or reference to the provable information.
The application objection will limit the using the same/similar product/service with the product/service protected as industrial property object or applying after the client’s applying date. The application objection will raise the objective, clearly for the National Office of Intellectual Property’s content evaluation.
